1.      20 events during calendar year 2012 – in the US, and several European countries

2.      Some events may be repeated in the same location based on demand

3.      Maximum six unique sponsors per event

4.      20 events: $ 2500/each; 15 events: $ 3000/each; 10 events: $ 3500/each; 5 events: $  4000/each; cost for one event $ 5000.

5.      If you sign-up for multiple Arezza events, you can cancel at any time without penalty

6.      Payment may be partly in kind – your product or service – terms to be negotiated

7.      Payment for each event finalized two weeks prior to event date

8.      Arezza actively and directly markets and sells your products and services to event participants and others in the community as well as provide after sales services as required

9.      The main purpose of the event is to establish and maintain a long term working relationship within the community where it takes place, hence

10.  Following the event a sales representation agreement goes into effect between your company and the local Arezza affiliate
