The New Local Business is a virtual entity for the first 12-18 months from project start. Participants join the Arezza Temporary Association until the new business becomes fully operational.

Who can participate in the local area temporary associations and their projects: any individual, business entity, nonprofit or government agency not necessarily of the territory and subject to the unanimous approval of existing partners.
How can I start a new local area project? Contact us with your ideas and projects and we will work together to start-up your local area temporary association.
Are there fees to join the Arezza Network and one or more temporary association? There are no fees.
And to join as a Partner? To become a partner you pay or make an in-kind contributions to purchase solar panels; for each share you purchase you receive a share in the New Company.
What percent of partner or new business profits do I receive on a transaction? Partner distributions and new business dividends are a function of the percentage of ownership by the partners.
How are partner distributions calculated?Accounts are maintained on a transaction basis. Before tax distributions are effected upon completion of the transaction, net of payments to third party product and service providers.
Can I get out at anytime? Yes, provided you have completed any projects or transactions that you may have already committed to. Also, you relinquish any ownership claim to the New Company.
